The owner, Tommy from Petals Florist called me on day of delivery which was a cold and very windy day. He wanted to make sure receiver was home who he called numerous times. After I contacted receiver thru their daughter-in-law, they explained their phone had died. Once Tommy knew they would be home, only then he told his driver to proceed with delivery. That’s a sign of a caring florist!
